The purpose of this blog is to provide a forum for posts by a core group of bloggers on a variety of topics, ranging from serious and relevant (American politics, economics, health and major headline news) to light-hearted and fun (music, movies, TV and comic books.) While each blogger has his or her own area of expertise, you should always expect the unexpected! We intend to provide spirited intellectual and social discourse for everyone involved.
